Sixth Form Basic Entry Requirements
Students will study three A level subjects from the beginning of Year 12, with some students additionally taking an EPQ (Extended Project Qualification) and a few, Further Maths, as a fourth A level. The option to choose a fourth A-Level (other than Further Maths) is currently under review, and will be available to students meeting certain criteria.
Alternatively, students will select our BTEC Extended Diploma course in Creative Digital Media Production which is the equivalent of three A levels.
A level Courses
For access to A Level courses students are required to attain at least 5 GCSEs at grades 5+ including English and Mathematics.

The Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) is available to take as an additional qualification and Further Maths is available as a fourth subject (see subject specific requirements).
BTEC Course—BTEC Extended Diploma
We are delighted to offer a BTEC Extended Diploma in Creative Digital Media Production as an alternative to A level study. An Extended Diploma is the equivalent of 3 A levels and is accepted as a pathway to a vast number of courses at Universities across the UK. Students require at least 5 GCSE grades at 4+ including English and Maths to gain entry onto this course. Students should select to study this course by choosing it for all 3 options in Blocks A, B and C.
