HOLIDAY CAMPS
The next Fortismere Holiday Camps are in the Easter Holidays April 2025 - there are a wide range of activities on offer, led by experienced practitioners that provide a full day of fun and entertainment.
Camps take place at Fortismere School (Tetherdown entrance) from 9.00am to 3.30pm. The cost is from £100 depending on the activity with an option for an early drop-off for an additional fee. WEEK 1 (7th to 11th April)
Tiny Twinkles age 3-6
Perfect for 3-6 year olds led by professional actors with a love for early years! Each day the children will explore all genres of creative arts-learning songs & dances, acting out role play adventures, exploring arts & crafts plus lots of games and crafts.
Cooking Age 8-16
The Young Chefs Club is a delightful culinary program tailored for young aspiring chefs aged 8-15,offering a hands-on cooking experience that combines fun, learning, and delicious creations. This club provides a dynamic platform for children to explore the exciting world of cooking, develop essential kitchen skills, and cultivate a love for food and nutrition.
Chess Clun Age 7-15
A chess club is a great place for chess enthusiasts to come together, whether to learn, practice, or compete. It offers a supportive environment where players of all levels can sharpen their skills, share strategies, and enjoy friendly matches
Multisport Age 7-16
This will give the children the opportunity to have fun and interact with others through a range of sports such as football, rounder’s, tennis and competitions.
Drama Age 7-15
This week the children will work on improvisation and comedy skills. Lots of drama games and exercises with the children to develop their confidence and skills.
Musical Theatre Age 7 -11
Each day the children will explore different styles of dance with an emphasis on ballet and tap. Children will work on technique, dance routines and choreography, as well as projects designed to encourage creativity when story telling through dance. The participants will work towards final pieces and will be given plenty of time to interact with others and make lasting friendships! Leaders are professional performers with a background in theatre and dance.
Pottery Age 7-14
The Clay Creators Club is a vibrant and engaging extracurricular program designed to nurture the artistic talents of children through the versatile medium of clay. Aimed at kids aged 7-14, the club offers a fun and hands-on experience where young artists can explore their creativity, learn new techniques, and express themselves through the art of clay modelling
Art Age 7-15
The Art Explorers Club is a dynamic and engaging program designed to spark the imagination, foster creativity, and nurture artistic talents in children aged 7-14. This club offers a vibrant space where young artists can explore a variety of artistic mediums, techniques, and styles, empowering them to express themselves and develop a lifelong love for the arts.
Boxing Age 7-16
Boxing Club JABFIRST BXN ACADEMY enthusiasts aged8-14! Join us for a week filled with fun, fitness, and learning the art of boxing. Our experienced coaches will guide you through techniques, drills, and sparring sessions to improve your skills and confidence in the ring

McGahan Lees Irish Dance Academy is delighted to be running an Irish dance camp in Fortismere School
Irish dance helps children to develop confidence, fitness, coordination, concentration and friendship. The emphasis is on enjoyment with a mixture of traditional and contemporary Irish music and easy-to-learn steps. We teach children from beginners through to open championship world medal holders. Classes are suitable for all levels/abilities from age 4 upwards.
Week 2 (14th to 17th April)
